Since its founding in 1924, Lesage has played a pivotal role in haute couture, collaborating with renowned clients and influencing the worlds of fashion and design. Organized into eight immersive sections, the exhibition presents a stunning array of intricate pieces crafted for some of the most prestigious fashion houses.
A key highlight is an in-depth exploration of the embroidery techniques that define Lesage’s legacy, enhanced by sound installations and dynamic scenography. Visitors can also discover over 80,000 rare, meticulously preserved samples from the Lesage archives, which will be available for exploration in 3D, showcasing the evolution of the house’s craftsmanship.
Beyond its rich history, the exhibition also highlights Lesage’s innovative collaborations with contemporary designers, blending embroidery with other artistic media.
